Northrim Bank Integration

Northrim Bank is now supported for Auto-Reconciliation and Real-Time Balances in FRONTSTEPS Caliber.

This integration helps streamline bank reconciliation and provides easier access to current account balances.

Getting Started

• Navigate to Management > Advanced Automation > Advanced Automation Tasks and select API as the Transfer Type.
• You do not need to enter credentials for each task.
• The posting code must have the Lockbox flag enabled.

Do what you already do in Caliber, in a more modern web experience — Manager.

Feature Overview

Click the Manager button in the top right of the Caliber menu to jump straight into FRONTSTEPS Manager, which opens in your web browser. Sign in once and pick up right where you left off.

Send Delinquency Letters and Statements to HOA Mailers

You can now collate delinquency letters and statements with HOA Mailers as the print Third Party Printer Setting.

• Less Manual Work: Delinquency letters and statements are automatically collated and sent to HOA Mailers for hard-copy printing and mailing.
