Scheduled background jobs in Advanced Automation now run independently of one another, ensuring that a long-running process for one community no longer delays jobs for others – scheduled jobs should no longer be skipped or delayed

Accounts Payable (AP) - Closed Period Protection
Caliber now provides clear, actionable feedback when invoices or payments are submitted to a closed accounting period via the API from our AP partners, preventing silent failures and helping teams resolve posting issues quickly

Invoices submitted to a closed period
Users subscribed to the new "Invoice Posted to a Closed Period" alert will be notified when an invoice is posted to a closed period. The invoice will be placed on HOLD for review. -
Payments submitted to a closed period
Payments submitted to a closed period will be refused and the partner will receive a clear error response. Users will be alerted that the payment attempt was made so they can resolve either in Caliber or with the AP Partner.
