The FS Pay Dashboard is now integrated into Manager, giving CAMs and authorized teams direct access to homeowner payment and balance details. Answer payment questions in real time, reduce system switching, and support homeowners faster during peak payment season. - Unit Detail Page
Search for any unit and open the Unit Detail Page to view a summary of unit health, open violations, architectural requests, work orders, delinquencies, contact info, and notes, all designed to surface actionable insights at a glance. - Community Detail Page
Search for any community and open the Community Detail Page to view fact sheets, billing items, CC&Rs, documents, and contact lists. See a clear snapshot of community health and address outstanding or time-sensitive needs with fewer clicks.
